May Goals

No Meat May

Probably the toughest challenge I will ever give myself. Just one of those where I challenge myself mentally. I feel like there is some element of growth when you set goals for yourself. Also you get to focus on the goal and forget about the troubles of life which are mostly beyond your control. More than anything just worried I will forget that I’m vegetarian for the month than my will power.

Actually Finish A Book

I have found reading a bit difficult lately. Procrastination more than anything. But also you find getting into a habit of reading books is actually not easy. So if I can just finish the book I set to read for myself this month that would be great. So I will be reading The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.

Work Towards That Six Pack

Last year I set a goal for myself to get a six pack this year. Beginning of the year I just thought to myself that maybe I’m biting more than I can chew. But I can always try. Just bought a gym mat and will be working towards 100 sit ups before and after I sleep. Maybe some planks in-between. Wish me luck.
